Boombox Bungalow, Velachery
No. 18, Palm Grove 4th Street, Velachery, Chennai 600042
A restored bungalow in Velachery with a courtyard stage out front and a graffiti-lined dance floor inside. Hip-hop, trap and chart-friendly sets keep the floor busy, and a freestyle cipher forms near the bar most nights. The crowd skews young and loud.
